The Research and Training Wing of the Planning and Development (P&D) Department, Government of Sindh, plays a pivotal role in strengthening evidence-based policy planning, enhancing institutional capacity, and fostering sustainable development across the province. Established as a core support mechanism within the department, the wing focuses on conducting policy-relevant research, evaluating development programs, and organizing training initiatives to build the capacity of government officials and development stakeholders.
